Adairs Autumn Collection Launch

Autumn is here, and what better way to celebrate the leaves falling than to launch our incredible Adairs Autumn 18 Collection, held over the weekend on Saturday 24th at our Richmond Homemaker store on Bridge Road.

Guests included the likes of Media Personalities, Interior Decorators and Stylists such as Nicole Rosenburg from Little LibertyRozalia RussianAimee Tarulli, and Bec Douros, Melanie Zammit, Carlene Duffy from The Block, and Tarina Lyell from Oh.Eight.Oh.Nine. As well as, Madeleine Smith from The Style SmithTully Smyth and Rachel James, all joined by some of our VIP Linen Lovers and shoppers.

Keeping our followers up-to-date with what was happening during the event, Brand Partner Rozalia Russian took over our Instagram feed, showcasing the event in full floral swing, as well as providing viewers with an insight to our Styling Sessions presented by Aimee Tarulli and Carlene Duffy. Both Aimee and Carlene showed us all how to create three completely different and inspiring bedroom looks, using their favourite pieces and key trends from both our Colour Romance and Winter Hibernate Stories.

In staying true to the Colour Romance theme, the store was beautifully decorated in shades of pink and some of the deepest, richest Autumn tones; both faux and fresh florals in a colour palate of pastels, dusty rose pinks, deep burgundy and plum hues.

An impressive pink balloon installation greeted guests as they entered the store, created by the talented team at Belle Balloons using balloons in various sizes and colours for full effect.

Guests enjoyed mouth-watering, freshly baked croissants, pastries and waffles, as well as assorted seasonal yoghurts and gold foil deserts from the sweet bar, baked fresh and prepared by Chef Michael Greenlaw from The Westin Melbourne.

Flowers by Brett Matthew John went above and beyond to create our Bloom Bar where guests could create their very own take-home posy earrings and bag tags made from fresh blooms. Our media wall and flower swing were beautifully decorated in fresh florals of open roses, and faux peonies in all shades of pink, complete with gold paper flowers.

To wake us up, Event Coffee Solutions served freshly brewed coffee from their pretty, on-brand coffee cart, and the assortment of fresh seasonal juices by Greene St. Juice Co did not disappoint.

There was something for everyone as the fairies from Little Party Faces took care of the kids by providing beautiful, floral-inspired face painting activities throughout the morning.

With a little help from the crème de la crème event planners and stylists from Party With LENZO, the Adairs Autumn 18 Launch Event was the place to be on Saturday morning. All images were captured beautifully by the talented Ken Nakanishi from Hikari photography. See below for more images from the day or shop the new season AW18 Collection here.
